    Customers Placing Orders for Products in Business Directory or Entertainers Sections:
  1. Place product(s) in shopping cart.
  2. When customer is ready to check out, they will need to fill out the purchase request form to place an order. Customer credit card information is optional to fill out. From this point on, AfghanStores.com will be relieved of all responsibility involving the transaction. The vendor(s) will be responsible for processing and sending out the product(s).
  3. A copy of the order form will be sent to the vendor via email.
  4. The customer will also receive an overview of the product(s) they ordered including the vendor(s) contact information in case they need to contact the vendor(s).
  5. Vendor(s) will review order form email and process/send product(s). The vendor(s) will let customers know what forms of payment they accept.

    Customers Purchasing Concert Tickets Online:
  1. Customers will view tickets listed online.
  2. Once customers decide on the ticket(s) they would like to purchase, they fill out the form online and provide their credit card information directly to AfghanStores.com. Payments will be processed by ONTRIX Solutions, Inc. and charges would appear on your credit card statement by ONTRIX.
  3. AfghanStores.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
    Business Directory/Concert Ticket/Entertainer Vendors:
  1. Business Directory, Concert Ticket, and Entertainer vendors will pay a fee for listing/promoting on AfghanStores.com.
  2. AfghanStores.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept other forms of payment such as Paypal and direct deposit to our bank account. Please, contact us for bank information.

  3. For Concert Ticket vendors, there will be a 5% per ticket transaction fee. There will also be a 5% commission fee for every ticket sold.
  4. Personal or company checks will be accepted, but business listing will not be approved until the check is cleared.


Fee Waiver: AfghanStores.com supports the efforts of Non-profit organizations around the world; therefore, we will waive the fee for posting these listings.
