Vendors will be solely responsible for getting in touch with customers, processing credit card information, and return/exchange of merchandise. Customers should not contact AfghanStores.com regarding transactions of online stores as AfghanStores.com is relieved of all responsibility involving these transactions. Vendors should be contacted instead.
To maintain the integrity of the scope and intent of the Business Directory, only submissions that fall within the following two criteria will be kept in our database after our screening process:
Businesses must be founded by an Afghan or a person of Afghan Heritage or
Businesses have specific and clearly defined programs designed to serve Afghanistan or Afghan communities around the world.
Concert Tickets
Concert tickets are sold directly to customers. If a concert gets cancelled and customers have purchased tickets for the concert, AfghanStores.com will refund the total purchase amount of the concert ticket(s) to the credit card it was purchased with.
After posting a concert event, if a vendor decides to close the concert early, they will NOT be refunded the fee of posting the concert event. Customers who have purchased ticket(s) to the closed concert event shall still be allowed into the event.
Entertainers
Transactions for the purchase of Entertainer merchandise will be done through a purchase request form provided by AfghanStores.com. This kind of transaction will not involve AfghanStores.com. The purchase request form will be sent to respective entertainers. Entertainers will be solely responsible for getting in touch with customers, processing credit card information, and return/exchange of merchandise. Customers should not contact AfghanStores.com regarding transactions of entertainers' merchandise as AfghanStores.com is relieved of all responsibility involving these transactions. Entertainers should be contacted instead.
